"Climb Out of the Rut"
Nothing prevents our moving forward into authentic change more than our capacity for self-sabotage. We do this each time we stay in our habitual and attitudinal “ruts,” gravitate to the familiar when the going gets rough, or ignore our small inner voice when it registers concern or dissatisfaction. This class is guaranteed to be an eyeopener regarding the various roles, behaviors, and attitudes we tend to fall into and get stuck, including our addictions. Class participants will learn how to identify their individual means of self-sabotage, and then be given the tools to break the tenacious and self-limiting cycles they create. Those who take this class will learn how awareness followed by appropriate action is necessary for moving up and out of negativity and self-sabotage and begin heading into more positive and self-fulfilling directions.

"Chirp or Get Off the Twig"
This class involves doing the next right thing; suiting up and showing up for the changes we want and need to make. More often than not, this will require us to stretch beyond our comfort zones, even to take a risk! Chirp or Get Off the Twig highlights the importance of discernment prior to action, teaches us the wisdom of the “wait,” and outlines 8 specific action steps for making our personal goals and dreams materialize. Participants will learn how to create an individual action plan, develop personal accountability, and be taught ways of keeping their “attention” on the “intention.” By taking this class, participants will leave with an increased ability to bring new life to themselves, and to carry this same positive energy and potential into the larger world.

"Live with Intention"
Let’s face it; it doesn’t take long for anyone to bury their sleepy head back in the sand. For any decision or change to last over a significant amount of time, we must find ways to stay present and accountable to our own deepest values and fondest wishes. This class helps us to continue bridging the gap between what appears to be important and what really is. It gives suggestions for us to weave both the difficult and the divine into the core and substance of our everyday existence, without losing focus, intention, and balance. Those who take this class will leave with a renewed willingness to be surprised, to walk through life with eyes wide open, and to participate fully in every dimension of life by living with intention.
