"Good Enough - What a Concept!"
This class operates on the premise that all authentic and positive change begins with some degree of self-acceptance. It is especially tailored for those who have a tendency to "should" all over themselves, and/or those who spend a great deal of time and energy trying to do it all, feeling less-than when unable to live up to their unreasonable expectations. Betty Hill Crowson explains the reasons this is so common, by outlining the relationship between yesterday's childhood experiences and today's level of inner self-worth. Those who take this class will come out with a clear understanding that "we are who we are for reasons long past." In addition, this workshop gives participants practical tools and suggestions for confronting and taming their negative inner critic, and to begin accepting themselves just as they are, right now, in any and all conditions.

Thursday 01/28/2010 8-9 p.m. ESTCost: $ 30. As individual class

"Too Much is Too Much"
This class is especially suited for those who have difficulty maintaining personal balance in a life full of conflicting demands. Based upon the underlying principle that "all situations are improved by self-care," this workshop provides detailed instruction for participants to assess where, who, and what drains or renews their limited energy supply. Too Much is Too Much explains how to recover, regroup, and recharge these energy fields by such things as proper breathing, good nutrition, exercise, downtime, and making wise decisions about where and on whom to expend our energy. Those who take this class will come away with a plan of action which includes healthy energy exchanges, as well as a renewed commitment to personal nurture and balance, actions which will surely benefit all.

Thursday 2/4/2010 8-9 p.m. ESTCost: $ 30. As individual Class

"Get Out of the Driver's Seat"
This presentation on spirituality is intended for anyone who desires a greater sense of fulfillment and connection, and/or for spiritual seekers who wish to improve their conscious contact with a Higher Power. Betty Hill Crowson explains why and how we initially became separated from our spiritual origins, and then offers suggestions on recovering our misplaced and seriously-needed spirituality. These suggestions include daily rituals and ceremonies that help us tune in rather than tune out: prayer, meditation, creative enterprises, music and movement, to name a few. Participants will come away with a renewed interest in matters of the "spirit," a plan of action for reconnecting with this innate spirituality, and a greater understanding of how a spiritual connection can be our greatest resource in all matters.

Thursday 2/11/2010 8-9 p.m. ESTCost: $ 30.00 As Individual Class

"Let Go or Be Dragged"
Without a doubt, a most popular topic! Although it is much easier to address the art of letting go when the preceding classes have been taken, this class - like the others - can stand on its own merit. Let Go or Be Dragged explains "holding on" as learned behavior, and then helps us identify and let go of anything that works against our own well-being. This might refer to toxic relationships, self-limiting attitudes, misconceptions, negativity, excessive worry, self-pity, or other emotional "baggage" that weighs heavily on our spirits and on our ability to make significant and lasting change. As a direct result of learning to let go, participants will feel lighter and freer, and enjoy an increased ability to open up to new and exciting possibilities for their lives.

Thursday 2/25/2010 8-9 p.m. ESTCost: $ 30. As individual Class

"Choose to Heal"
This is the class which is always the least attended. And probably the most needed! Let's face it, although not always a popular topic, choosing to heal is certainly a relevant one. This class is designed for all of us, wherever we might be in any healing process, whether unhealed or under-healed inner wounds due to present circumstances or those which are related to events in the past. Based on the underlying principle that "healing is essential for wholeness," this class not only gives participants permission to identify and heal these inner wounds, but outlines a practical and compassionate approach to doing so. Those who take this class will learn the signposts of grief, and then be given tools to "gentle" themselves through a difficult time, develop an ongoing support system, and ultimately convert pain and suffering into strength, wisdom, and substance.

Thursday 3/4/2010 8-9 p.m. ESTCost: $ 30. As individual Class

"Avoid Self-Sabotage"
Nothing prevents our moving forward into authentic change more than our capacity for self-sabotage. We do this each time we stay in our habitual and attitudinal "ruts," gravitate to the familiar when the going gets rough, or ignore our small inner voice when it registers concern or dissatisfaction. This class is guaranteed to be an eyeopener regarding the various roles, behaviors, and attitudes we tend to fall into and get stuck, including our addictions. Class participants will learn how to identify their individual means of self-sabotage, and then be given the tools to break the tenacious and self-limiting cycles they create. Those who take this class will learn how awareness followed by appropriate action is necessary for moving up and out of negativity and self-sabotage and begin heading into more positive and self-fulfilling directions.

Thursday 3/11/2010 8-9 p.m. ESTCost: $ 30. As individual Class

"Chirp or Get Off the Twig"
This class involves doing the next right thing; suiting up and showing up for the changes we want and need to make. More often than not, this will require us to stretch beyond our comfort zones, even to take a risk! Chirp or Get Off the Twig highlights the importance of discernment prior to action, teaches us the wisdom of the "wait" - how to recognize and be comfortable in it - and outlines 8 specific action steps for making our personal goals and dreams materialize. Participants will learn how to create an individual action plan, develop personal accountability, and be taught ways of keeping their "attention on the intention." By taking this class, participants will leave with an increased ability to bring new life to themselves, and to carry this same positive energy and potential into the larger world.

Thursday 3/18/2010 8-9 p.m. ESTCost: $ 30. As individual Class

"Stay Awake!"
Let's face it; it doesn't take long for anyone to bury their sleepy head back in the sand. For any decision or change to last over a significant amount of time, we must find ways to stay present and accountable to our own deepest values and fondest wishes. This class helps us to continue bridging the gap between what appears to be important and what really is. It gives suggestions for us to weave both the difficult and the divine into the core and substance of our everyday existence, without losing focus, intention, and balance. Those who take this class will leave with a renewed willingness to be surprised, to walk through life with eyes wide open, and to participate fully in every dimension of life -- the practical, the relational, the emotional, and the spiritual.
