Join Life Coach, Retreat Director and Author Betty Hill Crowson for a day guaranteed to move you into a lighter way of viewing and living in the real world.  Participants will learn how to identify and differentiate between external and internal sources of stress; become empowered with practical and spiritual techniques for letting go of what doesn’t work and discovering what does; and come away with ten attainable suggestions for shedding a few emotional pounds.
