Do you ever feel stuck? Do you tend to fall into the old ruts of confusion, feeling overwhelmed, not knowing what to do next, or afraid to take a risk? Or do you just wish you could live your life with a little less chaos and a lot more intention?  Then this is the retreat for you!

Facilitated by Betty Hill Crowson, Life Coach and Retreat Director, this weekend retreat is guaranteed to help you with the following:

• Graciously accept those things that cannot be changed
• Understand the importance of discernment prior to action
• Learn new ways to differentiate between what requires acceptance and what needs to change
• Make the shift from self-reliance to God-reliance
• Live with right intention

Located at the Notre Dame Spiritual Center on Shaker Hill in Alfred, Maine, the retreat begins with dinner Friday night and ends following lunch on Sunday. The Notre Dame campus has large fields, woods, hiking trails.  The food is delicious.  The staff is warm and welcoming. Rooms are generally shared between two or three women depending upon the number or registrants.
