This week-end retreat for women in recovery and their female friends and family is guaranteed to help jump-start the changes we want, need, and perhaps have been struggling to make! Presentations will outline a journey into freedom for all who attend.  We will learn first-hand the 'causes and conditions' that keep us stuck in self-limiting or self-destructive patterns of behaviors, and then be given an outlined course of 'prayer combined with action' to help us become the women we want and deserve to be -- women who walk tall; women of dignity and honor.

Located at the Notre Dame Spiritual Center on Shaker Hill in Alfred, Maine, the retreat begins with dinner Friday night and ends following lunch on Sunday. The Notre Dame campus has large fields, woods, hiking trails.  The food is delicious.  The staff is warm and welcoming. Rooms are generally shared between two or three women depending upon the number or registrants.
